In partnership with Central Florida's institutions

Why we exist
For a young person facing serious illness, the hardest part often isn't the treatment — it's feeling unseen by everyone around them. Friendships fade. Routines disappear. Families carry the weight quietly. We exist to fill that gap with consistent, creative, peer-led community — the support no prescription can provide.
adolescents with a serious health condition report persistent loneliness and isolation. Community is the part of care too often left undone — and the part we're built to deliver.
Our impact, by the numbers
Every figure below represents a young person who walked in carrying something heavy — and found people who helped them hold it.

Our origin
Rebuild Yourself began with Karina: a young woman who, facing her own illness, refused to let any teen feel as alone as she once did. Her vision became a movement.
A promise to create spaces where teens facing life-changing illness feel truly seen and supported.
Loved ones and volunteers turn the vision into free, creative peer support for teens and families.
Support broadens to young adults, with hospital and community partners so connection travels farther.
Scholarships, caregiver support, and growing circles carry Karina's promise into its next chapter.
